Kathy Cadwell
Kathy Cadwell is the Chief Financial Officer for Studer Properties, where she manages all financial aspects of the Studer’s portfolio of real estate properties and development projects.
Kathy attended Troy University on a full four-year academic scholarship to earn her B.S in Business Administration and her Masters of Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. Kathy was offered, and accepted, a position with a local CPA firm one year before graduating with her MBA which is what brought her to Pensacola.
Kathy has been in the accounting and finance field since 2002 where she began her career at O’Sullivan Creel (currently known as Warren Averett) as a financial statement auditor and began gaining experience with construction accounting along with a strong background in governmental and not-for-profit accounting. Kathy also spent over five and a half years as a Financial Accounting Controller for Creek Indian Enterprises Development Authority in Atmore, AL where she coordinated the financials for approximately twelve extremely diverse companies. In 2012 an opportunity arose for Kathy to work closer to home as an Executive Consultant in the Finance Department of Medical Center Clinic until accepting a position with Studer Properties, LLP in 2014.
Kathy and her husband, Michael, enjoy being outdoors and stay busy with their identical twin boys, Brody and Cole.
Amanda waite
Amanda Waite is the Accountant at Studer Properties, LLP. Yes, reading and preparing financial statements is her passion. However, helping and educating others is really her forte!
Born and raised right here in Pensacola, she graduated from the University of West Florida and has held numerous positions with companies that range from small to large. Her young family consists of three bambinos that constantly keep her and husband, Matt, busy with karate, gymnastics, basketball, and numerous other activities.
When not at the office, you can find her lounging poolside or planting something in her yard.
Jeri Jo Fisher
Jeri Jo Fisher is the Administrative Assistant at Studer Properties, LLP. A true “jack of all trades” with a background in Education and Performing Arts. Jeri Jo has a strong understanding of business operations to include finance and property management.
An Ohio native ( Go Buckeyes ) but is currently residing in Navarre with her family. Jeri Jo and her husband, Chris, stay busy with their son, Gavin, who loves sports and their daughter, Gracelyn, who loves ballet.
When not in the office, she enjoys watching sports, dancing in the studio and relaxing by the pool with her family.
