In 2013, Studer Properties purchased the old Pensacola News Journal building. There was a need in downtown Pensacola for residential and we were ready to help fulfill that need. In 2016, we broke ground on what will now be known as Southtowne, a mixed-use building complete with 258 apartment units, office and retail space, and a hidden parking deck.
Apartment units are available for rent. Units include 28 studio, 109 one bedroom, 109 two bedroom and 12 three bedroom.
